Will has over 20 years experience in tech, beginning his journey whilst still at school and continued throughout university by setting up an online computer store directory which he boosted into prominence with Google AdWords when they were in their infancy. More recently he has been the lead developer for a global fashion label and most recently head of development for a med-tech start up. Interestingly, we wouldn’t recommend taking either fashion or medical advice from Will, given his penchant for Hawaiian shirts, sporting accidents and hypochondria!

Will firmly believes in creating a safe space where junior developers are given room to grow and learn within the business so as to ensure they reach their true potential, an ethos we have ingrained throughout Behavioural Finance Ltd.

His main hobby is testing the medical facilities of various European ski resorts…
